About
Born in Spain but shaped by an education in France, I’m a blend of French and Spanish roots, fluent in both languages to the point where it’s hard for natives to tell I’m not one of them. I’ve lived, worked, and explored across Spain, France and the UK, calling places like Kent, London, and now the scenic (if less sunny) Cornwall, home.
My career began as a software engineer, where I developed a deep technical foundation that enabled me to take on more complex challenges over the years. I transitioned from engineering roles to leadership positions, eventually becoming a Director of Engineering. I’ve had the opportunity to lead great teams and deliver innovative solutions in various domains, including Linux OS, PaaS (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS), and SaaS development and automation.
Throughout my journey, I’ve worked at some of the biggest names in tech: Red Hat, Canonical, Rackspace, Nokia, and Citrix. This breadth of experience has equipped me to build both products and teams with a focus on scaling, innovation, and technical excellence.
Currently, after being laid off earlier this year, I’m on the lookout for my next role. In the meantime, I’m keeping busy with personal projects and continuous learning. Right now, I’m particularly invested in developing a multimedia platform using Golang, HTMX, and FFmpeg.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about films, books, and great wines—I even hold a WSET Level 2 certification to ensure I’m enjoying every glass to the fullest.
